These terms govern your use of this website and, generally, your engagement with Brande Studio ("Brande," "we," "us"). Specific project work is governed by the signed proposal or agreement for that project; where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.
Use of this website
You're welcome to browse this site and use the contact form to reach out about a project. You agree not to use the site in any way that could damage it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site copy, images, brand names, and project visuals belongs to Brande or the respective clients featured, and is shown here for portfolio purposes. Nothing on this site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use that material without our written permission.
Quotes and proposals
Figures shown on this site, including pricing tiers, are starting estimates and not binding offers. Final scope, timeline, and price are confirmed in a written proposal specific to your project once we understand what's involved.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, projects are billed against milestones set out in the signed proposal, typically beginning with a deposit before work starts. Late payment may pause active work until the account is brought current.
Client materials & confidentiality
Any confidential material you share with us during a project is used only for the purposes of that project. Once a project is complete, we may reference the resulting brand work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver work to the standard set out in each project agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Brande isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from a project engagement, beyond the fees paid for that engagement.
Termination
Either party may end an active project engagement under the terms set out in the relevant signed agreement. Use of this website may be restricted at our discretion if these terms are violated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brande Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
